Fixin's
Due to changes on the CrossWorld website, some of our links did not work. Now they do. Also, commenting has been fixed so that you don't have to be a Google member to do it. Now isn't that nice?

Graduation!
Seth graduated from Liberty Theological Seminary on May 19! That wraps up about 20 years of school (80% of his life!). He thinks it is a little odd to go a whole week without even thinking about school. But it's alright! Plus, now he gets to read whatever he wants to!

A Life Well Lived
Not many folks have had bigger visions or accomplished as much as the late Jerry Falwell. He certainly has impacted our lives in a big way, and we are greatly indebted to him. What strikes me about his life is not only that he accomplished so much, but that he did it with integrity that never failed, faith that never faultered and passion that never diminished. Plenty of people hated him because he was so open about his opinions. They said he should keep his Christianity as a private matter and not speak to culture. But if Christianity is true, it effects everything, and Jerry was right to act like it. We'll miss him.

Seth and Jessie: 3, Jamestown: 400
As of May 9th, we have been married for three years!! What a blessing! and it just gets better every day! The weekend after our anniversery was "Amarica's 400th Anniversery" celebration at Jamestown, so we decided to go check it out.
Highlights:
stopping at a pretty park in Richmond for a great picnic!

climbing around on working replicas of the sailing ships the settlers used to cross over to America
(that's the Susan Constant in the background. They sure did stuff a lot of people on those boats!)

We also got to learn a lot about life in a colony... and how heavy the hats were.
plus we got to visit Phil and Natalie Harris, some great friends from Liberty!
We may not have many years on us compared to Jamestown, but seeing as there's basically nothing left of Jamestown, we're okey with that.
If you'd like to see more pictures of this trip (and so much more), check out our photos page!

An End, or a New Beginning?
Both. Life is about to drastically switch gears as we move into a new situation: Parenthood! But that's not all - Seth is graduating from seminary on May 19th and our last month on staff at Daleville Baptist Church is August. This will be a huge year of transitions to say the least! One of our new focuses is building a support team that will, as they say, "hold the ropes" so that we can follow God's leading to Ireland. We need 75% of our monthly support coming in before we can attend "pre-field orientation" (a requirement before leaving for the field) which we hope to attend in November. Right now we are at a little over 10%. Would you prayerfully consider partnering with us to bring the Good News of the Gospel to the Irish people? Check the information page for details. Do you know other churches or individuals who may be interested in becoming part of this ministry? Let us know!
